A tamil Podcast from Suresh, on Tamil media: a reality check

It is interesting and encouraging to see Indian bloggers adopt internet resources to publish their views more freely using audio/visual media. Podbazaar.com is one such resource available specially for Indian podcasters and audiobloggers. Through podbazaar you can do podcast or audioblog for free. You can also listen to podcasts of your choice from Indian podcasters spread in various parts of India and rest of the world, on various topics. Interested in trying?! goahead!

Here I will introduce Suresh Kumar, an Indian blogger who blogs in http://englishtamil.blogspot.com also podcasts via podbazaar under two topics: random ramblings and mahabaratham pesukirathu

Recently I was impressed on hearing his latest podcast episode titled as Tamil media: a reality check presented under random ramblings. I am embedding it here for listening. This podcast is in tamil language.

dei linux venna, what the hell did you listen to? he says he will try to speak with as much Tamil as possible not because he is tamil veriyan, simply because any language should be spoken properly. he also says that we should all try that even if it sounds forced at the beginning.

After I listened your "Positive Comment" at the end of the podcast, I knew what LANGUAGE is spoken in Tamil Nadu. You says that in media people have to speak what they speak in real live. I assume what you spoke in pod cast is the way that Tamil people speak. It is terribly bad. Come to Eelam. Speak to an ordinary person. They used 98% Tamil in their life. First correct yourself in terms of Tamil words. I mead you must use Tamil word as much as you can. Since in Eelam we study in Tamil. Singalese studies in Singhala. Only few hunded study in english medium. We never had problem in understanding any accent/slang in Tamil. When I spoke to Tamil Nadu so called Tamilian, they do not understand what I say. Its a problem only in India. Do something.
